1、從最后一臺倉泵開始判斷,先打開該段輸灰系統的最后一臺倉泵的入口進料閥,如果入口壓力有下降,則說明該輸灰系統堵點在倉泵后面;

2、若入口壓力沒有下降,則打開倒數第二臺倉泵的入口進料閥,觀察壓力是否下降,如果下降則說明堵點在倒數第一和第二臺倉泵之間;

3、若入口壓力沒有下降,則繼續依次向前打開倉泵的入口進料閥進行判斷,直到確定堵點位置

1、檢查電除塵氣化風機及電加熱器的運行情況,若有異常,及時聯系設備部維護人員處理,并打開除塵氣化風機聯絡門,確保灰源干燥;
